    -->salad w/ fresh picked lettuce, bell pepper, broccoli, avocado, carrots, cucumber and ranch

    @4:30-->20 pecans

    @10:00--> 1 piece of Trader Joes Honey Oat Bran Bread, 2 local farm eggs, 1/2 piece of Trader Joes sharp cheddar-->295

    @1:30-->8oz of creamy tomato artichoke soup

    @2:30-->Greek salad (lettuce, olives, banana peppers, cucumbers, feta and parmesan cheese with croutons and ranch 

    @4:00-->2 doughnuts

    @6:30-->peas, mashed potatoes and a small spinach wrap w/ lemon hummus, lettuce, cucumbers, carrots and peppers

    @8:00-->wild berry poptart

    -->1/2 avocado

    -->three triple chocolate chip mini cookies w/1 oz of ice cream
